About Me

Sounder is a rock group that was formed in 2007 by 2 former members of Seeing Stars, Great Scott Hamel and Mark Freebairn. We started out in January with bass player Mike O'Shea. As we wrote and rehearsed, we added lead guitarist Steve Mello in May, 2007. In June 2007, we recorded at Danger Studios in Providence, RI. The C.D. was released in September of 2007. In June 2008,Mike O'Shea left the group to persue other interests,and was replaced in July by Bassist Jay Quinn,who was also in the now defunct"SEEING STARS" amongst numerous other Providence bands. We are looking forward to touring soon and signing with a major label. We hope to meet alot of new friends and start rockin' -n- rollin' all over the world with YOU!!!!!!!!!!
