My Working Dream: Opening charm school or an after school program for young inner-city girls (ages 11 - 18) that will establish / build character and develop their esteem to regard their lives, the lives of others, and to rise above the paradigms within their day-to day day environment.
Phase 2 of Dream to reach the young men in the same age group. I encourage others to do the same. It doesn't take that much of your time or finances.
