Blah, blah, blah. Any shmuck can write a bio, but you wanna know what I’m REALLY about?!
There was never a quiet day on my block growing up. If it wasn’t someone blasting their idea of a hot jam, it was someone singing or getting their head knocked off.
I spent a lot of time with my cousins, listening to music, watching Video Music Box, and building a collection of costly vinyl’s and dj equipment. I later learned to break dance, joined a crew, and created a circle of friends that would later become my musical peers.
Back in the late 90s I was introduced from my long time friend, AC, about a music program called Fruity Loops, which I first started with, then became bored with. In my early days of taking piano lessons, my next big purchase was a keyboard. This initiated my dream to be in the music industry. As time progressed and life’s situations popped up from every angle, I was more focused on the daily struggles than my music production. Therefore music took a back seat.
Somehow, no matter where I was, or what I did, music forced its way in.
For a long time I brushed it off, but it was a love/hate relationship; no matter how aggravating the road was, music was always making the trip more enjoyable. Some people believe in destiny, but I believe we make our own paths based on our perspectives. Music chose me and I finally accepted the invitation.
“Let’s make it happen!†or “Make your next move your best move!†were the two quotes I’ve always said to people and now I’m taking my own advice.
Currently at work on several projects, it seems now was the appropriate time to start a Myspace Page. With college, work, and every last drop of free time forked over to music production, one might as well share it with the public, right?
4 Tracks are posted and each has its own distinctive sound; 2 of which have featured artists, the gritty realist - Agony Within, and a conceptual humorist - Celeb. While both tracks have lyrics, neither is on the same wavelength because I have a tendency to enjoy switching up my sounds, featured artists, and score of my production.
Right now I’m interested in networking with other lyricists, singer/songwriters, producers, and basically anyone who believes they have what it takes to succeed in this industry. I take my craft seriously, so I won’t carry your weight, but I will take the necessary risks to get the music created.
If you hear my music, like it, and want to be involved in the process feel free to hit me up.
