Band Members: Who is The Mighty Sheik Shakeem Ala’D Muhammad 1st ?
This question is not easily answered , however the complex individual you will get to know will amaze many. First , we must go to the root of the being. Sheik is out of the ancient people of North so-called America. The tribe called Cherokee. I do identify with all the tribes of North America. Perhaps if we had not been divided amongst ourselves possibly there might have been a different outcome. That is the one side of my being. Then the So-called African part from my Grand Father. Like many of my people brought here in a slave ship sold in Jamestown Virginia. My blood is of two people The Red , The Black,
Both done wrong by an open enemy. So emerged the Militant, Revolutionary Shakeem. The system has not been good to me. Many times I have been labeled by the system but when the people meet the Mighty Sheik they respect my stance . Whether they agree or disagree they will not be disappointed in my argument, position.
