About Me

I'm a very boring individual who is also a music and film snob. I'm sorry that you have really crappy taste in both.
..

My Interests

Making obscure pop culture references to co-workers who don't have the slightest idea what I'm talking about, thus creating an awkward silence.Pretending to listen to people by nodding my head and smiling and/or laughing at the appropriate time.Staying indoors so as not to burn my ghostly pale skin.Granted, these aren't "interests" so much as things that I do often.

I'd like to meet:

Thom Yorke--probably a really cranky, curt fellow....but what would you expect from a musical genius?John Lennon--to ask him if God has heard his song, "God", and what he thought of it. Also, is he still bitter towards McCartney?Jesus Christ--just to talk about politics and who his favorite band is. Does he like secular music? He seems like a pretty hep cat. Oh, and is he mad at Lennon for the "Jesus" comment?Oh, you meant on MySpace, didn't you? Um, I'd like to meet people who share all my ideologies and think exactly like I do. Conform!

My Blog

Exactly, Moe. Exaaaaactly!

Mmkay, so Steph kind of beat me to the punch on this one (even though I'm the one who e-mailed it to her.  Anyway, I thought instead of posting some long, rambling blog as I often do, I'd say, "R...

War Is Over (If You Want It)

No, not that war, ya big goof.  That one will probably go on for several more years.  I'm talking, of course, about the war on Christmas.  What, you didn't hear?  Yeah, according t...

Tap-Dancing Penguins and a Drum-Playing Devil

Since I didn't write a blog last week, I figured I'd sum up two films I saw within these last two weeks.  Both films were musicals, which is really odd since I'm not particularly fond of musicals...

Humpty Dumpty Had A Great Fall

Pretty uneventful week.  Voted on Tuesday, like a good citizen.  Perry was re-elected, which was no surprise to me.  Though, what was somewhat of a surprise was how the Dems took both t...

Making Sexytime With Pamela

Steph and I went to see "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan" last night.  I'm pretty sure I got the title right, but I could be off a word or...

Are You Watching Closely?

Besides watching all the great horror films on t.v. this week, I also went to go see "The Prestige" with Steph.  It's the second period piece magician film we've seen this year.  The other b...

Nothing To Write Home About

Not much has happened between yesterday and today, but in keeping with my weekly blog and seeing as how last week's was delayed until yesterday, I have to write this week's already.  Self-imposed...

M'ijo, What Are You Watching?

I've been gone for a while.  No, I didn't actually go anywhere, but I haven't been on MySpace in over a week.  Not a whole lot has happened in that absence.  How depressing.  Let'...
