Cooking is my true passion; American Contempary Cuisine and French. I like to try new ideas and flavors. My bigest influences are Thomas Keller (French Laundry), my mom and my dad (always go back to your roots), and Charlie Trotter.
I love Adult Swim, play guitar as much as i can and love good beer, wine and bourbon.
I am the only chef in my family and I love that. I am different... a special chef, if you will.
