I'm studying to be a psychologist, so I spend most of my time writing, editing, and writing some more. Sometimes I get lucky and get to do therapy. I seem like the girliest of girls, but I love guy things-- fast food, video games, action movies, and crass jokes. I've slept in haunted old hostels in Prague and have peed in rural Vietnam with lizards climbing up my legs. I love my hard-working hubby, who constantly amazes me with his diligence and discipline as a surgery resident. I hate the idea of dichotomous labeling-- each of us is smart, stupid, beautiful, ugly, mature, immature, feminine, masculine, and somewhere in between. I'm a huge netflix junkie. I love wine tasting and my favorites are Chardonnay and Syrah, aka Shiraz. I've always believed that wine drinkers make grape lovers. ;) Cleaning and recycling make me happy. My husband, my friends, and my family are my everything...
