Hello. my name is Amnda Rose i am 14 years old and i have a autistic cousin. he is one of a set of triplets. we were told about it when he was around 1 so he has had therapy. the reason why i started this page is to let people know that they are not alone. and to share to people that autisim is everywhere and that it is a serious thing.
most people think of a scary kid when they think of an autisic person. but they arent at all. they are loving and caring people. my baby cousin whom is now three. is the most loving baby ever. and today [9-21-07] he sang me his ABC's and he counted to twenty. but the part that really brought me to tears was when he told me "I LOVE YOU". for people that have a autisic child, you know how big of a step that is. and believe it or not. he learned that by watching reruns of sesame street and baby enstine.
so please take your time to read the things on my page. and send me a request. casue for every person that send me a friend request i am going to donate 10 cents to a autism research center. and yess i am only 14 but i have been donating my money for a loong time and i plan to always do it.
if anybody is interested in donating them selves send me a message and i will figure out a way to make it happen. please dont put my age against me. even though i am young i have done MANY things to help out, not just with autism. i have adopted a solider, i sponsered a little 4 year old girl from ecuador, i read to kindergarden, preschools..volunteered in a jewish summer camp. so even though im only 14 ive done 14 years of helping people. so please dont judge me by my age.
