Greetings to everyone from sunny Afghanistan!!! I can't say that its great here but it isn't as bad as the news and media would like you to believe. Alot of good things are happening and the majority of the troops really believe in what we are doing here.
Well, about me. I am currently in the Army and i have been in almost 5 years. I have never once regreted it. I have learned more than I could possibly imagine about life and about who I am.
I have made my share of mistakes but I learned from them and then moved on. But i don't live with regret. You won't get anywhere in life if you live with regret.
I am pretty carefree about most things. I love being outdoors and enjoying nature. I love just about any sport there is. But that doesn't mean that I am good at all of them. More than anything, I enjoy a challenge.
I am also going to school while I am out here. I am working on a degree in criminology and would eventually like to use that to get into forensics. We'll see how that goes.:)
