September 2007, Ward (ex- vocal of Doomed Society) wanna start a
new band, so he asked Leslie (ex- vocal of Insomnia) to play Bass in
his new band, after that he asked Jouke (ex- Gitaarplayer of ! ) and Jaako
(ex- Drummer of ! ) to came also play in his band, they said yes, and
Drive by Riot was born. and started at 6 October, 2007.
later, somewhere around 19 August, 2008, Kees joined (ex-Bassplayer of Infestis) and brought some black metal influences in the band.
