SKABOTAGE 2007-2008

About Me

Ska is a term thrown around a lot (is it?) but fear not! - we aren’t afraid to throw it around some more…
Formed in the summer of 2007, skabotage are a 3 piece ska-punk band from the Brighton area. With a sound bursting with the energy of punk, but also with the bouncy-happiness of ska, we aim to leave the audience smiling after every set. The different influences of Mr M (guitar), Bassman (bass) and Alex Alive (drums) combine to form the Skabotage sound.
Mr M and Bassman had already played together in several bands (Willy and the Rubber Jonnies, The Mighty Ducks), but when they split Bassman introduced Mr M to old friend Alex Alive and Skabotage took shape.
We are now looking to set the world skanking with our stomping tunes and hope that you agree!
So to summarise, it is pretty good to dance, and we hope that you will dance to SKABOTAGE blasting out of your local sound system, because.
