I have been playing bass now for about 17 years. Back in 1991, I was living in Schweinfurt, Germany. There I was part of a Guns n Roses cover band called “Abstract“.Then in 1997 I started a band in Houston called “Abrahams Tree” with my brother. After that I was asked to join “The Ken Valentino Band” in 2002.2006 I met Bernie in Frankfurt and after some talking we decided that Europe needed a duo bass group. My approach is very simple: set up the groove and don’t let go.Now living in Frankfurt I have had the opportunity to play with various bands, including “The Popcorn Poets” and “The Mr.T Blues Band”. Furthermore I’m playing with other local musicians in the Frankfurt area.I use a Fender Mexican Jazz Bass and a Martin Acoustic Bass. My amp is a Bose PS-1 though for smaller gigs I use a Peavey Micro Bass amp. For FX I use a line 6 Bass pod and a Boss RC-50 loop station.
