About Me

..
I grew up in Northern Virginia with 1 sis & 2 brothers who I love dearly. I love drama & acting, though the Lord has called me in a different direction. The Lord brought a wonderful man into my life & after we got married I relocated to Sweden to be with him. We had a son who is our joy. Right now I am just letting the Lord lead me in His direction, though I dont have the map yet :P Im waiting patiently on his guideance. In the states I was a teacher with Emotionally Disabled children & loved it! Maybe I will teach students again someday. I miss my friends & family in the states, but they are always with me in my heart & in spirit...

My Interests

I love being a mother & all that goes with it. Though it may be tiring & not a moment to yourself, it is worth it in every aspect. Besides wanting more kids, my interests are more on the creative side. I like to write, and plan to one day write children's books. My prayer is to find a way to illustrate them. I already have some ideas & notes on a couple kids books...so looking foward to what the Lord will do with them & me...
I like activities & nature. Though walking around & store gazing is not my idea of fun. I LOVE scrapbooking & painting..anything that will make ya messy has to be a blast. I collect geckos & black & white photos of classic american movie stars (though I dont have too many atm). Cuddling up next to a fire on a cold snow covered day with some hot coco, me in a humongous sweater & blanket draped over my legs while watching a classic movie and maybe even some nice white reisling wine would be my perfect date. I love snow & being bundled up in sweaters & blankets. Good thing I live in Sweden now :) I enjoy socializing & spending time with friends. Girls night out is always a treasure (though dont get many atm). Talking some would say is my vice :P My favorite holidays are Thanksgiving & Christmas...I love decorating up for it & the smell that is in the air as the leaves & snow trickle to the ground.

Movies:

Love all types of movies, including those girly sappy ones...hehe. Like Action/Romance movies the best. Anne of Avonlea is one of my favorites..hence that my middle name is spelled Anne :) Will cry at a movie at the drop of hat..so always need tissues nearby...lol. Enjoy sitting back relaxing with freshly popped butter popcorn in my lap...snuggling with my husband and enjoying the intrigue of the film. Doesn't get much better than that. And if you haven't seen the "Notebook", shame on you..go see it!

Jesus, he died on the cross & suffured our sins so we may live. My mother- who has always been there for us & been a strength, full of wisdom. I only hope to be half the mother she is.
