I’ve been thinking about simultaneity and matter and society.
I am trying to always remember these things in everything I do.

We are nothing but energy and vibrations.

We need to make some changes, think positively about this world we live in. We need to see the impact of our decisions and stop trying to control the world. We must act so all beings may benefit from our work. We are a part of this universe and if we see ourselves as positive change be can be it.
And one final note, I believe that love is all important.
It has kept me.
It is something we must always practice.
I don't think it can be found in the traditional sense, you must send it out and it will come to you.
Your eyes must be open.
We must follow it without question.
