The most current news is that Jason left the band at the end of the summer of 2008. Sean and Chris left the band in the first couple months of 2009. All three are dear friends of ours and are all considered our brothers. We support them and wish them all the best as they persue different aspects of their lives. The vocals were reworked after Jason left and has been split between Jared and Derek. We feel confident with this new sound of melding clean style vocals and death metal style vocals and we will not persue getting a new lead singer for Future Disorder.
With that said, FUTURE DISORDER has found two new members and is in the process of getting the them up to speed and ready to play shows. Chuck has been brought on to take over on drums and Cody has taken over on bass. We hope to be playing shows in a couple months. Future Disorder is a metal band based in Seattle, WA. We have recently been going through changes, what was a five piece on Sounds of Catastrophe has now been shaped into a four piece. Two different styles of vocals, two guitars, bass guitar, and drums. The founding members (Jason, Derek, and Chris) formed the band in the mid nineties under a couple different names. A couple of years after getting started Jared and Sean were brought into the band and it ultimately became Future Disorder. In the beginning and now we have worked to create a sound collaborating all our favorite realms of metal. Taking influences from everything from black, to thrash, to death, all the way down to good ol' southern boy beer drinkin rock 'n roll, Future Disorder continues to strive to be an original, no holds barred metal act.
