Someone very wise once told me you really haven't lived until you have broken someone's heart and had your heart broken. So I've officially been alive about three years.There are two different kinds of chefs in the industry. Blue Collar and White Collar. Lets just say I am blue collar to the bone. I love getting my hands dirty and slinging out some very honorable and noble food. I love my staff of mercenaries who are the reasons for Swingers success. But ultimately it's who my staff and I am, freaks of labor nature, that distinguishes us from them. The team is greater than the sum of it's individual parts.
