Hello,Some of you may know me as Dave, or Uncle David, or just by that guy that used to book bands for post. I have a favor to ask you:On July 31st I had a massive heart attack. On August 1st, I had to undergo open heart surgery, as well as six bypasses. It has been around 13 weeks since, and the bills are now rolling in. As of now, I have to pay 150,000 dollars, and 200 dollars for my heart visit.
