I am a studier of Ba Gua Zhang and The Tao... Circle walking is an incredible way to train for martial arts, the single change and double change of Ba Gua. Gettin more into Yi Chuan and standing Qi Kung. I like the whole bending like a blade of grass, the unforgiving oak tree often breaks trying to be too strong.
