Latia

Latia, who is the middle of five children, was born and raised in Rochester, New York, where she and her family attended Antioch Baptist Church. After graduating Hampton University, with a B.A. in Business Marketing, she currently resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia, attending New Saint Mark Church of God in Christ, where her pastor is Elder Michael D. Green.Latia is a songwriter and artist whose song ministry is “bringing glory to God” and “winning souls for Christ.” Her music is soulful, melodic and mostly importantly truthful. “My songs are my testimony, through which I am able to reach and relate to audiences, to inspire, and to motivate a change within them..”Latia’s performance and writing stems from her testimony and the revelation of the Word of God to her and audiences. Her single “My Windows” is targeted to the masses by conveying a godly perspective of everyday life. “I am not here just to talk about the problems in life that seem impossible to escape, but I am here to give the solution- Jesus Christ.”
