I am 5x Ms.World Fitness and 3x Miss Fitness Universe... Last World Champion Chip competition was in Nov 2007 and newest Contest was the World Champion Ship in november 2008 and Miss Universe in end of May 2008 ...i could reach the title of the world champion and miss Universe and of both overall winner. aktuell 2. place in the world ranking list. Since 1996 i start at international fitness competition and since 2000 i am a professional Fitness Athlet. I work as a Fitness Expert and Coach for Promis, VIP..s and Sport Teams (Soccer, Icehockey, runners and more). I created a owne fitness Concept: BODYFORCE wich is funktional-, traditional-, placements- training in it all kind of trainingsprinzips into to make you better, fitter, faster and stronger ..and by the way give you a great shape ;) in the best and in a fast, stabil way! I wrote a book: "du siehst super aus" (you look great), about fitness, motivation and food! I am happy i can send some people motivation from my passion for lifestyle, sports and health. The figure/fitness competitions i like most to prove my work as an fitness expert and i love the perfektion of that sport and also to meet and compite with great athlets!
