"ORIGINAL GRUNGE FEST '08 MESSAGE"
"The Idea came to me, Josh Querci, when I relized that there are so many post-grunge and alternative rock bands out there whom don't have a place to meet up and play music together, and celebrate the music that the greats left us. The spirits these bands and fans have keep the music and scene we once had alive and it is so amazing and it is time to celebrate that! I'm sure so many people have had an idea like this and thought they could never do it, well, HERE IS YOUR CHANCE! This is going to be a festival by grunge fans for grunge fans, it will not just be me or any specific persons running it, we need ALL the help we can get."
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
-PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE.
- You can place us in your top friends for exposure.
- You can tell people to add us, make banners, whatever.
So all you grungers! Here is your chance to get together no matter where in the world you are from, no matter how small of a band you are or how huge you are, no matter how much you suck or how great you are. If you can get your dirty self over here to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, we shall have ourselves a festival! Also, you know, this is for a great cause, but really, we don't want any scene, follower kids who think they know all about grunge and stuff, this is a celebration of the music, not the scene, culture, followers, idols and such that came along with it. It's time for you kids to grow up and build your own path to follow because the people you once followed are probaly gone and we're tired of watching you all go with what is "cool". We want you all, everyone of you, to COME AS YOU ARE!"
