Well where to start. I'm a professional chef and hospitality enthusiast. I love what i do for a living. Food is an art, a talent, if you think differently, give me a chance to change your mind. There aren't many things I can say genuinely make me feel great inside. Exept when preperation turns to gratification. I am a hopeless romantic, and hopeless comedian. I get along with everybody. I am very optimistic when it comes to people. I know not everybody makes good first impressions.(I am one of them) I love making everybody around me happy and absolutely entertained. It feels good to be the life of the party, but when someone else feels good because of me i enjoy that much more. I have spent the last 6 years moving from place to place. all over Florida, New england, New York, Caribbean, and now I am back in Palm Beach. My next move is still up in the air. Maybe a gypsy in a truck. That sounds good. "My independence is my virtue. My drinking is my vice. Pride keeps me ahead." Cheers to life, and living day by day.
