Created by writer/producers Steve Bogard and Jeff Stevens, One Music Group is the culmination of their dream to create, produce and market great music within the dynamic landspace of the 21st century music industry.
In addition to the over 40 years of experience (including 20 number 1 songs) of Bogard and Stevens, One Music Group is led by Creative Chief Shannon Myers, a 15 veteran in music publishing, A&R and intellectual property management.

Steve Bogard has over 30 years experience in the music industry and has worked alongside legends such as Jerry Wexler and Tom Dowd as well as current stars such as Dierks Bentley and Taylor Swift.A multi-talented producer and writer, Steve Bogard has written eight Number One country songs among eighteen ASCAP or BMI award winners including George Strait's, "Carried Away†and “Carrying Your Love with Me," Rascal Flatts' career breaker, "Prayin' For Daylight," as well as Jack Ingram's, “Wherever You Are,†and Grammy nominee for Country Song of the Year, Dierks Bently’s “Every Mile A Memory.â€
Steve is a CMA Board of Directors member as well as the current president of NSAI. He is currently working closely with the NMPA, DiMA, the RIAA, BMI and ASCAP on pending and future legislation affecting songwriters’ rights to digital income, covering subscription services, tethered downloads, satellite radio devices, and future digital uses of music. Bogard was also a lead witness representing songwriters at the 2008 Copyright Royalty Board rate setting proceedings.
Jeff Stevens recently reached the top of the charts as producer and co-writer of Luke Bryan's smash “All My Friends Say†and produced his debut album, I’ll Stay Me, which entered the Billboard Country Album chart at No. 2
Stevens’ other hits include Tim McGraw’s chart topper “Back When,†and two Top-Five hits for Tracy Byrd, “Big Love,†and “I Wanna Feel That Way Again.†Other artists who have recorded his songs include Brad Paisley, Kenny Chesney, Blake Shelton, Lonestar, Ricochet and Chris Ledoux.
He is currently putting the finishing touches on Luke's second album for the Capitol Nashville label, as well as producing newcomers Fast Life, of which his son Jody Stevens is a principal writer and performer.
