About Me

I shall write about.... one of the most essential aspects of life. Communication (with other human beings mainly). Because let's face the facts, with the exception of the insane and scarce desire to be alone, we strive to network with other humans. Which results in many interactions with other people, vital to a normal life. Which concludes in a result where and an individual's life is ultimately influenced by those surrounding them.I've witnessed that: There will always be social discrepancies. I've noticed people let things get out of hand easily, they don't stop the escalation at all. It appears they want it to get out of hand. I think it's almost always worth it to deal with it discharging some kind of curtailment rather than letting things climax uncontrollably. Similarly, entropy is bad! If you're stupid.Personally: Pure satisfaction is rarely ever achieved. I might be disguising this deterring characteristic with the perception that there's always room for improvement. That whole perfectionist lifestyle. Or maybe just the deep desire to strive? I should probably stop being pessimistic.Currently: Swiftly cruising down the road to becoming a Pararescueman. About 2 years of hard work, roughly 1 left until that goal is achieved. In medical training.

My Interests

I like to play a lot of Texas Hold 'Em Poker. I find myself enjoying the trips to the casinos, even if I don't walk away a winner which happens sometimes. The house games with my buddies for low stakes are always fun too. I've been playing only about once every 2 months these days.I never thought jumping out of planes could be so addicting. It's a hobby where the skill level almost infinitely increases, hard to get bored of (because you have to save your own life every time you jump.. there's that consistent rush there). I've got 40 jumps and it just doesn't seem like enough. It worries me. A good one to pick up if you get the chance and have got some extra cash. I have a mildly addictive personality. With such an active lifestyle, I also discover myself enjoying the whole "lounge" after-hours mood. In a recliner, just relaxing. The feet are up, I'm socializing, it's a good day. I used to drink alcohol for fun, but the negatives are outweighing the benefits at this point because of my exercising, which is one of the most important aspects of my life now. Have to meet these goals at the gym. Also, I love getting my sleep. 9 hours a night wouldn't be to much. Not even close. I can remember the days where I'd stay up for approx. 20 hours with no sleep, then enjoy the unconsciousness for about 14 straight.

Music:

I'm a drummer, so a lot of the music I fall into is related to percussion, as I listen to it. Some bands such as; Opeth, Dream Theater, Rush, Slayer, Nevermore, Porcupine Tree, Led Zeppelin, Liquid Tension Experiment, Amon Amarth, Ayreon, Black Sabbath, Children Of Bodom, Dark Tranquillity, Death, In Flames, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Pantera, Moonspell, Orphaned Land, Rush, Soilwork, Symphony X, Testament, Tool in the eccentric genre of music I listen to. I listen to some other popular radio music, but that's because my friends do, and I've learned to live with it after 5 years of disgruntled behavior. Some of it can be funny, like... the song scatman!

Movies:

Most movies suck. I'm a pretty inclement on the way I view movies. I can have a good time watching a mediocre movie, which most are. But it's very hard to find a good movie. Anything over, let's say 3/5 stars. Scarce. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was a good movie. The Oceans. Huge fan of LOTR. Good Will Hunting..

Television:

I don't watch t.v., I think most viewers turn their brains into blocks of unproductive meat when they do, but I do watch DVDs of some shows I get addicted to. Curb your enthusiasm, Lost, Seinfeld, Family Guy, Friends, Everybody Loves Raymond, Smallville, It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia are a few I can enjoy.
