I guess my interests are basically what most people want. It can bring you back to your school days and a bird's eye view of some outdoor stuff. Communication 101: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. A series of blissful stopover to Baywatch Station 1: Swimming, Snorkeling, Diving (just a bit of) and a Survivor Series of: Nature Tripping, Mountaineering (just a bit of). Also gives you some Cosmopolitan Blitz: Going to the GYM, Smoking (I STOPED 3 MONTHS AGO), Clubbing, Coffee and Chat. A travel to Most-Bored-About-Subjects (But then i love them): Social Science, Politics, History, Feminism and Real-Life Stories (but never about stuff like Kris and Joey). More of Real-Life Activities: Observing Laughing, Singing, Dancing, Music Appreciation and Playing the Piano. Life Philosophies: Heck, there's about a million, just let me give you an overview: Mystery Spontaneity, Simplicity and Loyalty.
My principle about meeting people is pretty simple: I' like to meet people from ALL TYPES OF gender, ethnicity, race and social class for as long as they are SINCERE... REAL...
Music is just one dwelling moment that can bring me to different places, time and experiences. Music is a cross-point of events in my life. It tells a story. Each song brings me back to a certain memory. Touching Soulful Music of Vienna Teng, Enya, Mohicans are for nature, love and drama. Some Classical Music from long years of piano lessons bring childhood days. The ever-inevitable Mainstream Hip Hop (It-ain’t nothing but HIP HOP Music, can’t help but hear them) and RnB classics are epitomes of some flirty moments time and trial-and-error mushy teenage romance are much appreciated when not heard for more than a year. A Bit of the Beat of Reggae Hip Hop reminds me of the beach.
Thing I love about movies are just too many because of my interest and my so-called education about film. Basically, “MOVEâ€-IES are my most favorite. These are movies that can “MOVE†or “MOVING†with moving story lines-basically triumph of good over evil, heroism and other movies rich in historic and heroic war scenes: LOTR Series, Braveheart, Gladiator, Saving Private Ryan, Hero. Character-driven stories: Dragonfly Classic: Casablanca. Mushy teeny movies: Down to you, Boys and Girls. Similarly-patterned Japanese/ Chinese Scream-at-the-top-of-the-lungs Movies: Ring Series, The Grudge (Ju-On) and The Eye.
As much as I attempted to avoid Western television, I tried seeing local channels but it came into a halt. Especially with all the phenomenal chinovelas and disgustingly shameful sex-bomb dancers, otso-otso, bulaklak, Kris and Joey, artistas a.k.a politicians at-the-same-time cable is a lot better for as long as I don't get things out-of-context. Well, maybe things change after a while, what you really need to understand is that TV is made not just merely for entertainment but also to change lives like the following programs: OPRAH, Lifestyle Channel ... :)
I probably can write about an entire book describing what books do I read. My shelves basically contain sections on fiction: love, heroism, family-related and all have touches of real-world set-up. For non-fictional: investigative journalism, history, social science, politics, money and commerce, marketing-related books. Both sections are in Western and Filipiniana discourses. There are more, I told you to see it for yourself!
We are ALL HEROES in our OWN SIMPLE SINCERE WAYS done with PURE INTENTIONS.
