Hello and welcome. A long time ago Glenn played the drums in the nationwide touring group Snacks. They toured regularly with great success and with their new and modern approach to Swedish dance music, they won the award best group at the national meeting in Vemdalen 1991. However, the band split up after a traffic accident in 1997. Nowadays Glenn is part of many different musical projects. He plays the drums in Käll hullts blueskollektiv, that in the spring of 2007 performed Sweden’s first bluesical, “The Bengt Runo Wadman Storyâ€. They also released a CD with songs from the show. He is also playing the drums in The Fredrik Almqvist Trio, a trio that celebrates the music of the legendary Swedish piano player Charlie Norman. But most of all he is playing the drums in the Göran blues band. Besides the drums he plays the guitar together with Lars Nilsson from Still No Bagpipes, a group that Glenn has guested both as a bass player and as a drummer. Sometimes Glenn and Lars performs together as a duo and sometimes they also back Stellan Johansson, a song writer from Dalsland, when he is performing live. Stellan released his first album in 2007. Further more Glenn is playing the bass and percussion in the Kanyinda band, and he is also one of the members of Mukulele, a four piece group that in a humorous way proves that the ukulele can be used for any kind of music.
