God bless you. Im a 26 yr old child of God. Reborn by the blood of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Trying to live my life according to God's will and perfect plan. I accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior 4/15/07. I can't thank God enough for the things He's done in my life.(and it's been alot of things) Jesus loves you and wants to do great and marvelous things in your life too. He's done it for me and i know he can do it for you. If he can take a gangbanger and drug dealer like I once was, and transform me as he did. Why wouldnt he be able to do it for you? This life without Jesus first and foremost, only leads to hell. It sounds harsh , but the truth usually is. Sometimes we're comfortable and afraid of change, because we dont know what that change may bring. This life of seeking God's heart by our obedience to his commands, leads to blessings beyond imaginaton. Ever since I made the choice in 2007 to serve Christ, its been uphill in every aspect of my life. The Lord has blessed me with a job making over 20 dollars an hour, a WIFE, who is a dedicated woman of God, and a beautiful home God has allowed me to Own (not rent). I dont serve Him for the blessings and gifts, He blesses me with the gifts cause of my serving Him. I serve Him with all I have. And I dont have much, but God doesnt care about Quantity, He cares about Quality. He fills me with a peace and joy thats unexplainable, and a stress-free attitude cause I know God's got my back. It hasn't been all peaches and cream. I've had my rough moments where things seemed to have been working against me, discouraging me, and even causing me to contemplate giving up, but my God rescued me before it was too late. He allowed me to go through those things and feel that way so I would learn to trust in Him, and it made me stronger. I've been so fired up and filled with the desire to please God that He's been blessing me left and right. There is nothing this world has to offer, that My Lord cant provide me or you. I've been there and done that. I've ran the streets terrorising my enemies, I've sold drugs and made great money, I've had my fun with the ladies, but even in the greatest times of my life, I have never felt as happy, satisfied, and blessed as I do living my life for Jesus Christ. Dont take my word for it, try Jesus for yourself and you'll know what I mean. You dont have to change anything about yourself, just come as you are, God will take control of the changing. I showed up to church April 15th 2007 with a 1/2 a pack of cigarettes in my pocket, a case of beer and some liqour waiting for me at the crib. I left that church service changed. I threw that 1/2 a pack of cigarettes and all the alcohol I had at home in the trash and havent had any of it since. Then, overtime my language changed, I stopped cussing. I still talk the same, but without the cussing, vulgarity and disrespect. The change isnt anything on our part, its the influence Christ has on you when you let Him in your heart and give Him the the little space He needs to do His work in us. So come as you are, a drinker, a smoker, an addict, a gangbanger, a drug dealer, a murderer, a thief, a liar, a gigolo, a prostitute, a club or bar hopper, whatever you are or do; Jesus is the ONLY one who loves you enough to forgive you and give you what you dont deserve. Everything I have, I dont deserve, but I give God the credit for it and I thank Him, because if it were not for his Love and Mercy, I'd be in jail, still upto no good, or dead. But because of His Love, Mercy, and Faithfulness, I own a home, have a beautiful wife, and a job making more money than I'd ever made.
