I am an average person with an average life. God BLESSED me almost eight years ago with my best friend, my husband, Shane. He is more than anything I could ask for. He is the one I want to spend all my time with. Get away with and just be with. In 2006 we traveled through 12 states in 15 days and I couldn't have asked for a better person to be with. We literally spent the entire time together not once wanting to be seperated at all. It was an amazing time of learning more about each other and it made me love him even more. (If that was possible!) He was a great travel partner couldn't ask for a better companion. "No man has had a happier life than I have led; a happier life in every way." TR

I started working again for the first time in 7 years. My first day was Feburary 14th, 2007. By August 26th I was made manager and now run the Shreveport store. It has been a challenging year and a tiresome one too. I have learned many things and met many new people. My husband and I have had to make adjustments to our life with this job and I have to say I miss being the spoiled house princess, but it has been worth it. Especially if he gets the chance to get a new job and get out of the one he is in. So, in a year we are looking to move into a new step in life and well, here's to looking forward!!

My Interests

I like to read just about anything. I am a beader, so I make lots of jewelry. I love watching old movies and listening to opera. Scrapbooking. A little bit of everything.

I'd like to meet:

HMM... Most of them are dead. Teddy Roosevelt would be one. "Speak softly and carry a big stick. . . . " His love for nature and perserving things. He was the one that declared Devil's Tower the first National Monument. I would loved to have met Gutzon Borglum, the guy who carved Mount Rushmore. Which I got to see last year(06) for the first time ever!!"A monument's dimensions should be determined by the importance to civilization of the events commemorated. We are not here trying to carve an epic, portray a moonlight scene, or write a sonnet; neither are we dealing with mystery or tragedy, but rather the constructive and dramatic moments or crises in our amazing history." Gutzon BorglumI can't wait to meet God and just stand in awe of HIM. The sights I have seen that he has created on this earth or given man the abillity and imagination to create. You can't help but say WOW!!

Music:

I like classical, anything with a smooth relaxing tempo. Love Contempary Christian, favs lately are Michael W Smith, Aaron Shust, Michael Olson, Third Day and Mercy Me, Casting Crowns.

Movies:

Arsenic and Old Lace, Harvey, Pretty much anything with Katherine Hepburn,Cary Grant, James Stewert. Pride and Prejudice, Lake House, Emma, Ever After.

Television:

CBS monday night sitcoms, Bones and House, Criminal Minds, Private practice, CSI, Grey's Anatomy, Numb3rs, Heros, Desperate Housewives, Ugly Betty, Dirty Sexy Money.
