Weirddream

Weirddream was formed in May 1997 by Boleslav Brezovsky and Richard Smolak. Their first CD - "Diffident Terrorism" - was out in December 1997 and had some good reviews eg. on techno.cz etc. During 1998 and 1999 Weirddream were working on new material, two new songs were released on "One Step Behind The Sound" compilation and two new CDs ("Tophive" and the second one, preliminary called "Not Y2K ready") were prepared but actually never released officialy. Both members then went to Israel and the band had a short pause. Around that time, WD's music could be heard also on CzechTV. In 2001, Pishta joins the band as a drummer and composer, Weirddream are working on a new material, making remixes for bands such as Znouzecnost or Radium.nfo and concerting. Some new songs are prepared during that period, but the activity starts to fade, Pishta exits the band and the new material is never finished for release. From that time the band's activity is very small with occasional sparks of activity but that will hopefuly change in near future.
