About Me

Feed me with wit.Feed me fresh turkeys.Feed me pretty hats, feminist strippers,a physicist's constellation, and spinning fire.Feed me appreciation of an ugly truthand old women who make me wait.

My Interests

the future of the chelsea hotel " target="_blank"

I'd like to meet:

stanley bard. the goddess brill. the carnival-goers. mustard-eating hoohackers. lollipop lions. distorted cartoon contortionists. teddy bear maniacs. the smelly darkness. the mirrored hands. the cavernous glumpunkinschteals. the bats in the belfry.

Music:

I believe I learned most about good music from JCD's collection and his unrelenting searches for that which is tumultuously human. I remember discovering Depeche Mode, Erasure, Dead or Alive and New Order as a pre-teen, and realizing there was a whole mysterious, parallel universe out there somewhere that was just beyond my reach.

Movies:

living in oblivion, the apartment, it's a beautiful life, christmas story, the dark chrystal, some like it hot, fire walk with me, the saddest music in the world, better off dead, the secret of nimh, the shining, pecker, shampoo horns, wes anderson movies, rocky horror picture show, sid & nancy, superstar: the life & times of andy warhol

Television:

twin peaks, fraggle rock

Books:

James St. James's Freakshow and Disco Bloodbath (rereleased as Party Monster). The Great Gatsby.

Heroes:

Jay Kalagayan (of the Know Theatre Tribe)

Mrs. Turner; 1 tin mouse; 4 cooties; and the entire cast of Family Ties
