Conceived in 2004, Unoriginal is the result of many years of hard work throughout the music scene in the Tri-State area. As long-time fans of the famous NJ cover scene, they saw that many bands were playing the same songs in the same way. They decided that something had to be done to shake things up. From their first live show, UNORIGINAL has showed that they're a band that pulls no punches when it comes to the music. An UNORIGINAL show can best be described as one big party; defined by crowd interaction and an eclectic playlist that showcases their talent and keeps the crowd begging for more.
Over the past two years, UNORIGINAL has built a steady, loyal following, and a mailing list comprised of over 1500 fans. In addition, UNORIGINAL beat out some of NJ's best cover bands to win the "Junkyard Band Search" in May 2005; proving the band had become a force to be reckoned with in the cover band scene. Comprised of Mike, Shaun and Keith, UNORIGINAL is a cover band that knows how to put on a show you won't soon forget.
