I'm married to my high school sweetheart, no kids, 2 dogs, live in Manchester, and am in the real estate business. Up until recently, I bought/rehabbed/sold houses. But with the current market conditions, I've been focusing more on brokerage. My pics have some of the projects I've done but unfortunately I didn't think about taking pictures of many of them. I am a Realtor and have recently changed my focus to the sales and marketing of distressed properties. Lately I've been marketing short sales for properties that are facing foreclosure. I also work with investors in representing them on purchases of foreclosures (or any rehab project). I also do "normal" real estate as well; representing buyers and sellers of retail ready properties. I have several listings in the pipeline so I will add them below as they come available. So far, I can only figure out how to put 3-1/2 listings here. I will work on it and try and get them all up.
