“The end remains unwritten...â€
This is what describes best what it’s all about. To keep singing these words that survived the past, these words that remain today, those that will still continue to shape our days while knowing that tomorrow can be better somehow.
The Hunters, even if they’re still using up their asses on school benches, are defending their own ideas in this fast-evolving world since a couple of years now. With a bunch of shows they could never believe they’d be playing in behind them, including one spot at the '07 Warped Tour in Montreal, those youngsters entered the studio with a will to bypass their own limits.Their first offspring: "Dissent Lasts...", warmly granted among the underground local music scene, delivers a quite blazing and nonetheless peculiar mix of hope-fuelled Punk rock, Ska/Reggae beats, some shades from an Hardcore background and a bold touch from their passion for the whole catalogue of Rock n’ Roll music. This album contains 10 songs, some anthems for those fists to rise, some inspired thoughts for those voices to sing along and in the end, maybe a bit more than simple young ideals.
The Hunters have also shared the stage with a bunch of both local and international rad acts.
Such as:
Mustard Plug, Anti-Flag, Agnostic Front, Against All Authority, The Briggs, The Flatliners, Time Again, The Aggrolites, Rentokill, The Casualties, Mute, The Creepshow, GFK, A Global Threat, Subhumans, Subb, The A.K.A.s, Shipwreck, Bomb the Music Industry!, MAP, The Planet Smashers, Guerilla Poubelle, Hostage Life, One Night Band and so on...
...When everything has been said, but is to be done, await one bittersweet end.
