Plastika are two djs that come from a very small village called SANTA MARINA in the South of Italy. They first started off djing seperately, Stn in Italy and Stefano C in Scotland. Then in 2004, Stn ventured over to Scotland to try and boost his name in europe.
Although they were already friends from the same village, it never crossed their minds to work together in a bid to become artists. It wasn't until late 2006 when Stn and Stefano C decided to go into the studio to make a one off tune together that Plastika was born.Although they are now both based in Glasgow, they djed seperately in the nightclubs, and it wasn't until early 2007 when they were both asked to dj at Stylo at the Classic Grand. Since the crowd loved both their sounds they decided to put Plastika to the nightclubs. That was when the first Plastika event was born, in late May 2007 at The Clinic, Glasgow. They did 4 special nights at The Clinic before they where asked to go and do a tour of Italy.September 2007 and Plastika arrived back from italy and quickly started a weekly night at the classic grand, the night didn't go so well and the guyus decide after a month to stop it. But the guys so eger to get their music out to the masses now dj at event around glasgow and edinburgh and also organise monthly plastika around clubs in glasgow with internaional djs as special guest.PLASTIKA
