I'd like to meet:
right, so you wanna know me?
what can i write which best expresses my personality?
what tailored comments can i lash out which portray me in the light i see most flattering?
do i want the portrayal of my image to be flattering?
do i understand myself enough to convey it to you?
should i advertise who i am ..?
do i want you to understand me?
will i tell the truth?
will i mean to lie?
do you even want to know?
myspace.com
captured cliches and repetitive speculations about ourselves assault British middle-class existence. myspace experiences no exemptions. challenging these cliches, as i perhaps do here, and as i aim to do in most things, fails to really change anything. anything i write can be listed in the lexicon of anti-establishment teenage angst as yet another useless opus of a disenfranchised adolescent.
so let's keep it simple...
| scottish | male | caucasian | seventeen | adopted |
| raised protestant | gay |
| private school (failed) | university student (failing) |
| one sister (biological) | six friends (real) | no lover |
| few idols | many influences |
| many dreams | few plans |
...can't that be enough for now?

Heroes:
EVA MARIA DUARTE DE PERON
Eva Peron's image is one installed in history with such force, and with as many lights and shadows as Henry VIII, Marie Antoinette, or JFK. An icon in every sense of the word - visual, ideological, spiritual and historical - her memory and deeds establish her as one of the 20th century's foremost political revolutionaries.
Immortalisation and preservation of her legacy crown her a deity in the new world pantheon of electric celebrity.
