Quazamba

Created in London in 2005, Quazamba continues to explore the world of contemporary jazz with concerts throughout the UK, Switzerland, Italy and Spain. Quazamba, based in London, UK, fuses Italian melodies with modern improvisational styles to create a new idea of jazz, which draws upon influences of Kenny Wheeler, John Abercrombie, Brian Blade, and Ralph Alessi. Recent guests at Quazamba's concerts have included prominent names from the London jazz scene such as Rod Youngs, Ruth Goller, Liz Swain, and Giampaolo Scattozza.
