About Me:
Hi! My name is Maribeth, but everyone calls me mb. I have always LOVED singing...It's my number one favorite thing to do and I would NEVER give it up for anything!
I was born and raised in Georgia. I'm 17 years old. I moved to Florida when I was 13 years old. I have one little sister, Tiff :) My friends are SO important in my life. I love my God! :) He is so wonderful and I'd be nowhere and no one without Him. He's my best friend. I am a Christian. I'm very proud of it. I wear a purity ring.
I used to sing for my grandmother's co-workers in the gas station that she worked at and they would give me candy to sing for them :) Also, I have always been highly involved in band and chorus at school, and small choirs and choirs at church. I always used to have requests from people at church to sing. I moved to a new church several times and was always somehow "discovered" no matter where I went :) Even in chorus at school during a quiz that we had to take. After that, there was no hiding the fact that I could sing and that I absolutely loved it. I was able to sing at a concert that my chorus held in our school auditorium and a lot of my classmates that weren't in chorus attended. The next day at school, I kept getting complements about my voice. There are SO many things that I have done and I can't even name all of them!
In 2006, I had the incredible honor of being able to sing at Disney's Candlelight Processional. There was a HUGE audience and choir as well. The feeling of performing up on that stage with 199 other people was AMAZING. I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Also I just got to participate in Candlelight this past November and December :)
I hope in my lifetime that I am able to share music with the world and just be able to do what God put me on this earth for! :)
I want to be a positive influence for people. And I want to be here for you if you need me. I always make sure that I am someone that you can just talk to whenever you need something! NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE. Everyone needs someone! :)
