I became a travel agent during Summer 2007 with the idea that "people do travel". What better way to manage a business with the firm belief that it will not go away. The fact is, you all have seen or heard airplanes in the sky; hotels are always booked; and car rentals aren't going out of business.With this in mind I thought to myself, "why not share cheaper rates with my community (i.e. friends, family & colleagues) AND earn supplementary income while doing so". Now, don't get it twisted, I make a sufficient full-time salary teaching 7th grade during the day and instructing college at night. This business offers cheaper rates for everyone who plans on flying, lodging or simply renting a car. Our vacation packages are the best in the world and for lower rates. Cruise packages are selling like never before. All we ask is that you do two things 1) Compare our prices with the competitors 2) Share this opportunity with your family, friends and/or colleagues who plan to travel.I booked someone's trip to Barbados just recently and she saved $60 on her flight booking with us. A gentleman booked his flight to India with us and he saved $75. A woman and her family (of 17) wanted a Orlando, Florida vacation package and we beat the competitor by $200. Well, I'm only interested in seeing lives touched, changed, affected, altered by life-changing experiences. I use the classroom 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month, 10 months a year to do such with a group of wonderful students ("my children"). I'm also interested in business-minded people who don't mind taking risks. I feel like everyone has the "opportunity" to be successful but take "freedom" for granted. I don't mean "freedom" from slavery, I mean "freedom" from the opposite of "opportunity"-- whatever that is. So, we don't maximize the opportunity to be productive in every endeavor to move forward. This travel business, for me, is one way to help others "move forward" and save at the same time. Be a witness to the wonderful deals and price-saving flights, hotels etc. we have to offer.
