The top 40 bulls and the top 40 bull riders will meet head-to-head at the 2008 Finals for the Professional Bucking Bull Association (PBBA) and the National Bull Riders (NBR) Series. The PBBA/NBR Finals will be held in Clemson, SC on January 16-17, 2009 at the T. Ed Garrison arena.The PBBA/NBR Finals, will host up to the top forty PBBA bulls of 2008 against the top bull riders from the NBR Series. Over 150 bulls have competed throughout 2008 for a spot in the top 40 and for a chance to compete for the estimated $25,000 purse at the PBBA Finals. Bob Berg buckles will be awarded to the five high point bulls for 2008, PBBA Producer of the year, PBBA Contractor of the year, and for the top five bulls of the PBBA Finals. Gen Ex of Alabama has also donated a custom semen tank for the high point bull of the year. All PBBA Finals qualifiers will also receive a custom Wrangler jacket sponsored by Wrangler, WW Livestock Equipment, Gen Ex and other PBBA and NBR sponsors.The top 40 SEBRA bull riders who have entered PBBA sanctioned events are eligible to enter the NBR Series Finals and to ride the PBBA Finals bulls. The PBBA has added over $5,000 added money; which for SEBRA card holders will count towards points for the SEBRA Finals in February in Raleigh, NC. In addition to the $5,000 added, the NBR Series Finals will award a custom trophy saddle to the winner, a buckle and custom jackets to all NBR Series Finals qualifiers.Tom Smith, former Director of SEBRA, has joined the PBBA/NBR Series.
