I am a 29 year old Spoken Word poet who let herself get lost. My artist page is the first step into coming back to poetry. I say coming back to poetry because poetry never left me because I left it. I have been in the Baton Rouge Poetry Alliance for over 8 years. I pride myself in writing on social, political, and cultural change.With that in mind my page will also keep updates on social issues and pushing conversation about how to change the problems that affect us as people. From time to time I also specialize in the art of erotic smut with also gets a large response from the local Baton Rouge area when I do perform. Poetry for me has been a freedom so naturally not writing as much or perform has kept me in captivity. I am a lover of people, music, art, life, god and of course poetry. I play guitar and play some bongo's as well but this page is for poetry. I invite you to read and take a part of me with you.
