About Me

Despite the things on the left that say more about me (which is true anyway), here's more:
I'm 27, 5'8", 210 lbs. My hair is usually buzzed short, and eventually I'll start shaving it off altogether. I wear glasses because I'll never put contact lenses in my eyes (and don't even try to persuade me...many have tried). I workout 4-5 days a week, and I'm really seeing some results. I lost 27 pounds, 2 inches off my waist, and I can see parts of me firming up...all since the beginning of May. I don't have any of the measurements that seem to matter to a lot of people, so if anyone wants to measure please inquire within.
I'm a banker by trade (actually I work for a Credit Union...big difference there) specializing mostly in Certificates of Deposit and IRA's and their maintenance. Please do not ask me any kind of financial advice (other than what our rates are), though, because I am not licensed; and I prefer not to be sued. I just merely open the CD's and have some knowledge of IRA's.
Outside of work and gym, I pretty much go with the flow. I like music and movies; and when the Fall rolls by again, I will revert to my TV "junkiness." House, Grey's Anatomy, and Family Guy are among my favorites...don't worry there are a lot more. Whoever invented TiVo should get the Nobel Peace Prize...saves a lot of arguing in my house. I like to hang out with my friends, and really, unless it involves basketball, whatever we do is fine with me.
I'm learning more and more about baseball, and I'm a growing Red Sox fan. I had so much fun at all the games I went to this year! Amazing seats! Got to see some of my favorite eye candy (*cough* JD Drew) as well as some of my favorite players (Go Hideki Okajima! I'm forever a fan). And damn Boston has to have the hottest fans out there! =) Man, there's nothing like Red Sox Nation! I was recently in Baltimore for one of the games, and the people I sat with treated me like I was originally with them because we were all cheering for our boys. I'm ready to start travelling the country to many different ball parks next year...when I have more vacation time...and more games in the season helps. ;) There's nothing like Fenway Park, but sometimes you just can't get tickets.
I also love to play video games...mostly RPG's; and if anyone else agrees with my views that Final Fantasy 6 was THE best in the series, we should chat. Its actually my favorite game ever made.
If you look to your left (on the screen I mean), you'll I have a different array of music tastes. That isn't a typo...I do like the Spice Girls, and I am looking forward to their upcoming reunion tour. NYC or Toronto (provided I could get a passport in time)? Oh yah, and I absolutely LOVE James Blunt's new single "1973." Carrie Underwood's new single "So Small" is pretty damn good too. Pink's "Who Knew" is becoming one of my top favorites too. It's a beautiful song. I recently "discovered" OAR, and damn they have a couple good songs...plus the lead singer is hot! Just downloaded "Heard the World" tonight.
Aside from the video games I like to play, I really don't have the patience with the mind games that people tend to play.
Anything else you want to know, ask. BTW, is anyone else turned on by the Verizon FIOS guy?
