MUSICologised, Yeah?

HELLo & welCOME to my MUSICologised page..; ) to go the standard way will let u know - my name's ANA, i'm a girl of 21, from Tbilisi, Georgia .. ; )) i am an acctual fAt music' freak and that's basically the reason i am surfing around... and i guess i wrote this not because i'm trying to leave the impression of a hipster wanna be (whos' life goal is to post as much ''i know all about new musiK'' things and rave pics as possiable,) but just for the basic info....;)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~as for my musical pr*fer%nces, they are tooooo very diverse and maybe even opp0sing.. the only criteria behind -it got to be what my ears perceive as a quality listen, and quality stuff can be found in every genre from the very sweet'n'happy electro-trashy-pop to the dark dimensions of hardcore alternative... ;)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~i don't see what's the point in being stuck on one particular genre of music.. like, what's the smartness in hating disco-funky house when one loves minimal-techno.. or if u hate funky house does it mean u have to hate funky music too?.. or why would ''the old scKool used to be good'' stand for ''the new wave suX?''..?..=/ and how come liking Jacksons 5 and Prince means u could not listen to something like the fantastiK-kosmiche Kraftwerk, noiZy Happy Mondays, white Beastie Boys, gloomy Radiohead or say..inromal-Aphex Twin .. ;))..mm an and if one day u listen to the psyco Daddy, that doesn't mean the other day u couldn't be into some sweet mini-pop by acts like Air, Kings Of Convinience, Hot Chip, Das Pop, Phoenix, Sebastien Tellier, Alex Gopher, Panda Bear etc.. or why would not some rock'n'grunge followers f*ckin admit that Dr Dre had just as great influence on 90s music as say Kurt Cobain!!?..; ) i find all the mid 90s rap-hip hop era so cute,..;) maybe it was MTV's effect on my early teen head, or maybe i just like 2 Pac's and Snoop's over-texty songs cos they matched the lyrics with samples from old-nice songs so well..; ) well, doesn't really matter.. -i do respect anyone who has found his/her own music and is 'devoted' to it, but i personally do not feel like belonging to any of the tribes.. ; ))~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~i've always been digging what's fresh'n'hot in music and always look forward to discovering something that would sound new and catchy.. Surely there are plenty of rubbish being produced and blogged, .. but if you go deep with a search, u can always find something valuable..(looking with serious face now).. ; ).. like, 2 years ago when i survived from dieing of ''indie-nu rave'' boredom, by discovering tracks like ''Waters of Nazareth''(by Justice), ''And Down'' (by Boys Noize, ''Cocotte'' (by Teenage Bad Girl), ''H.A.L'' by Sebastian, ''We Are Rockstars'' (by DIOYY).. so then i fell in love with a musical dimension, that i call MaXimaliZm- new wave of electronica with maXimal XXL beats and minimal sense of modesty.. ; )) i like all the loud'n'noisy HARD distortion sound, techno-electro-screamo-crashy-trashy randomly beats with some heavy indie-punk-rave and pop-disco ingidients, sometimes with a little funky breaks and robot rock flavour.. mmm !!.. harder-faster-stronger, yeah !!..; )) ..i have to give a credit to Tom here, since much of this wave representatives, i've been founding via myspace.. - *how cute:)) don't know how much longer these new internet spread electro-rockstars excitements would last, but i am glad they emerged, they braught in some nice change..;)...hey, aaand I am quite into a lot-lots of new and old disco-pop music ... from very old sKool legends like Giorgio Moroder, New Musik Bee Gees, Chic, Van McCoy, KC & The Sunshine Band, Cool and the Gang, Four Seasons, Temptatations, Village People, Dexter Wansel, Roy Ayers,Sister Sledge, Donna Summer, etc.. till the new generation heroes like Dimitri From Paris, Bent, Cut Copy, Chromeo, International Pony, Justice, Lifelike, Fred Falke, Holy Ghots and many more… also, just lately i started diggin brit Drum'n'Bass and Grime, most of their artists turned out to be racists, but still.. ; )) ...LoooAds of nu eXiting acts have been emerging this recent years in the French and Australian scene,.. and some more in Belgium, Canada, Germany and the UK... ;) so, i'm enjoying music-globaliZation and illegal downloads.. =/.. to put it nice, simple and poetic ;) - i just love breathing in good dose of fresh-healthy music, and that's it..!!..; )
