About Me

I live in Atlanta in a really old house.I work full time for a non-profit called the Furniture Bank of Metro Atlanta. I also work as a climbing guide and on the retail floor for High Country Outfitters. I am also part of a small company called Superhooper. We build custom hoops, and can arrange all sorts of entertaining performances. I like to play with fire to, check it all out at www.superhooper.org.
True adventure is a moment cut off from the ordinary course of existence- one that paradoxically, contains the totality of life. I aspire to find those moments in everyday life.
"I, tool man, long for the immediacy of contact to brighten my senses again, to bring me nearer to the world once more; in my security I have forgotten how to dance." -Yvon Chouinard

It is therefore a powerful transforming force and a generator of creative solutions in relation to a given problem. It is the currency of human exchanges, which enables the sharing of states of the soul and conscience, and the discovery of new fields of experience."

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Buddha, I'll bet he was a pretty grounding dude. Speaking of Buddism my roommate Lara had me take a quiz on religion; heres the results..... You scored as Buddhism.Your beliefs most closely resemble those of Buddhism. Do more research on Buddhism and possibly consider becoming Buddhist, if you are not already. In Buddhism, there are Four Noble Truths: (1) Life is suffering. (2) All suffering is caused by ignorance of the nature of reality and the craving, attachment, and grasping that result from such ignorance. (3) Suffering can be ended by overcoming ignorance and attachment. (4) The path to the suppression of suffering is the Noble Eightfold Path, which consists of right views, right intention, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right-mindedness, and right contemplation. These eight are usually divided into three categories that base the Buddhist faith: morality, wisdom, and samadhi, or concentration. In Buddhism, there is no hierarchy, nor caste system; the Buddha taught that one's spiritual worth is not based on birth.
Buddhism 83%
Paganism 79%
Satanism 79%
atheism 58%
agnosticism 50%
Christianity 50%
Hinduism 42%
Islam 42%
Judaism 33%
Though I am not sure how much I agree with the quiz results I still think Buddha would have been a pretty chill dude.
