I'm interested in change and sustainability. I'm interested in living with my head high, my laces tight, and my thoughts focused. I'm interested in art, art history, and the future of art. I want to have something to do with the future of art, whether that be the creation of (artist) or the deciding of (critical theorist). I'm interested in education and the education of others. I'm interested in the altering of certain thought processes that are generally over-looked but are completely and absolutely absurd; racism for instance, today, there should be no cause for it. I'm interested in equality and individuality living hand-in-hand. I'm interested in the preservation of nature and the nurturing of cities. More or less, I'm interested in all things big and small, some more than others.

A Question of Values by Hunter Lewis is hands down the best book I've ever read. It's about the way we make our choices from day-to-day. It lacks the usual biased that generally comes with a book on values, which is what makes it better than the rest. It's worth the read.Graffiti World and Vitamin P are good books for pictures of graffiti and contemporary painting. I regularly open up both books when I'm in need of a little inspiration.
I don't have heroes unfortunately. I have peers, contemporaries, mentors, competitors, and loved ones. The word hero is defined as, "a man of distinguished courage or ability, admired for his brave deeds and noble qualities." A heroine is the female equivalent to the masculine hero.I admire people who speek freely and openly against entities that they personally deem inapropriate, unfair, or unjust, no matter what the concequence of their actions may be. They know they're right. They are confident in the answers that they have established for themselves, and they are not going to allow anyone to hold them down or push them back when all they have to do is speek up in order to remedy their given situation. I don't know too many people like this. But the few that I do know, I admire them, but they're not my heroes. There are too few heroes in the world today. We could use some more...
