Hello Everyone! My name is Gayla James! I’am a gospel recording artist. I was born and raised in Ft.Myers Fl. My church is New Hope Church Of Christ Written In Heaven, My Pastor is Evangelist Diane Barnes. I have been singing since the young age of 3. I have shared the stage with many icons of gospel music, such as, Marvin Sapp, Dorothy Norwood, Vickie Winans, Rance Allen, Lee Williams & The QC’s, R&B artist Rome. I was the gospel event corinator for NFL Player Jevon Kearse charity event for 10 yrs. I perform annually at the Edison Pageant Of Light Art Festival in Ft.Myers Fl. I perform annually for the United Postal Service Black History Stamp dedication. I have performed on Dr.Bobby Jones Gospel New Artist Retreat in Las Vegas. I love singing and ministrying to everyone especially young people. I also do prison and juvenile detention singing ministry. My first cd project was entitled "Neverending Praise". My husband Mack James and son Ernest Barnes produced that cd. I ’am currently working on my sophmore project which is entitle "Broken". Look for it soon. My goal is to reach the young and old through my music, so that they can be saved, healed and delivered.
