Ok, this is the scoop: I had a hard but good Chico childhood, then I got Mono and it never went away, then I got into punk rock and had CRAZY teenage years with great times with OPIV and Fugazi, then at age 19 I did some serious LSD, and ended up becoming a Russian Orthodox nun for 9 and a half years, and went to Alaska and lived on an island, then helped start a convent in super ghetto/violent inner-city KC, gained a bunch of weight, then I left monasticism, got into metal, went to art school, and turned 30, moved back to Chico and David and I were married by the singer of the Makai on his back porch and then we had a secret and beautiful ceremony in the redwoods. And I'm still sick, but happy. So, yeah it's all true, and you can read more in my zine which is about to be printed, and maybe someday I'll write about it all.
