The (I.R.S) was born in hoboken,nj but raised in the crime- ridden streets of jersey city,and is prepared to tell his life story as only he could do. the i.r.s has released 2 self independent albums,which recieved great street reviews for his album debut (runnin numbers) in 2002, and his sophmore album (the only garauntee in life is.... death & da i.r.s)in 2004 on ARMORRY RECORDS,which combined has sold over ten thousand copies. The (I.R.S) has performed all over the tri-state area,including such venues as(pyrimads,club opus,222lounge,decades,demeriahs& the world famous apollo thearter.
