My two favourite pastimes are shopping and listening to melodic rock music. I love to go and see my favourite bands performing live but some of them don't have a big UK fan base so they don't come over here (for example Pink Cream 69 and Silent Force).
I loved all that late 80's & early 90's 'hair' metal that was predominantly American bands but I am always looking out for new, current rock bands to listen to and see live. I recently saw Wig Wam in Nottingham which was great and I was really looking forward to seeing The Poodles at Thunderground Festival but it was unfortunately cancelled.
At Firefest 3 I thought Gotthard were awesome yet before I booked for Firefest I had never heard of them so I know there are lots of great bands out there that I have yet to discover.
I have hundreds of rock CD's which I am always adding to.
It would be great to meet more rock fans as there are none were I work so if you see me at any rock gigs remember to say hello.

Not sure. I unexpectedly bumped into Wig Wam recently in a bar and got all nervous and tongue-tied. Probably best to keep my heroes at a distance then I don't come across as a dithering idiot!
