I'm a businessman. I do strategic consulting and planning work for business around the world. My clients include small start-up companies from local restaurants to large publicly trade high tech firms. I've worked with clients all over the United States and from countries like Russia, China, Israel, Mexico, UK and more. I have passion for what I do and constantly seek to improve. This is what I love and who I am. Everything else is shaped by these experiences so far.
If you were looking for my old out of date personal website ChrisClay.com it can be found at www.ChrisClay.com/homepage.htm the old home page is now a redirect to here.

My Interests

Work! Yes, it is lame but I love what I do and it is extremely rewarding. Aside from that I love to read, snowboard, work (oh said that already), see good friends, and spend time with family.

I'd like to meet:

I'd like to meet a lot of people - historical and modern. Great religious people would obviously be cool - Christ most obviously. There are a lot of late authors, thinkers, and historic heros that would be cool to meet. Tolstoy, Shakespeare, Plato, Ceaser, etc. In modern times I'd like to meet like minded business people like Bryan Tracy, Jim Collins, Peter Drucker, Jay Conrad Levinson, and others. On an individual level I'd like to meet people that can captivate my attention who have deep philosophical, religious, political, historical, economic, and/or social insights.

Music:

Rock and Roll. I love heavy music Metalica (the old stuff), Rage Against the Machine, FLAW, TOOL, Pantera, System of a Down, Disturbed, and Ra.

On the slower side I love Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd (the Greatest), Counting Crows, Ben Harper, and Spirtualized.

The list can go on but I think you get the picture

Movies:

Hero and LOTR are favorites. However, one of the best movies of all times is To End All Wars... That film is so touching and if you aren't touched by that movie you have problems. Forgiveness is underrated.

Television:

None! But for quality information read...

Books:

Crime and Punishment, Atlas Shrugged, The Jesus I Never Knew, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Good to Great, Victory!, The Sales Bible, Competitive Strategy, Competitive Advantage, Zen in the Martial Arts, Mere Christianity, The Art of War, The Problem of Pain, Meditations, As A Man Thinketh, A Brave New World, 1984, Animal Farm, The Fountain Head, The Lord of the Rings, Anthem, To Kill a Mockingbird, Enders Game, War and Peace, The Bible, and the list could go on but hopefully you get the picture.

Heroes:

My father and my grandfather...What great roll models? Can I step up?
