The Sleepless Nights are a Melbourne based country grunge two piece consisting of Amy “Sleeper†Hill and Harriet Stewart who play melodramatic flying-nunesque bare boned Kurt Cobain folk music in and around Collingwood.Currently in the process of recording an album with Certificate Records, the debut album is rumoured to be the Dookie of 09.Although recognised for their omnipresent anthem, "New Verocity" the Sleepless Nights are heading in a new direction with a far meatier spectrum.To quote the graffiti in the Tote women’s toilets “The Sleepless Nights will ruin your lifeâ€.
